Planning Your Route To OS 9: Vintage. The simplest and most direct way to run OS 9 applications is by booting into the OS natively on an older Mac such as an iBook G3 Clamshell, which can be picked up very cheaply - as in the cost of a night at the movies cheap. Download Harvest for Mac from the Mac App Store or by going to Open the Harvest file, then open the app to sign in. Click Sign In with Google to sign in using your Google account or enter the email address and password associated with your Harvest account, then click Sign In.

  1. The Harvest for Mac app brings time tracking right onto your desktop, so it's never more than a click away. It's easy to start and stop a timer, enter your hours, and look back on the time you've tracked for the week. Remember to track time.
  2. Blueharvest v4.0.0 and later does not work with the Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X 7.0.3 which is used to enable write NTFS disks. When Paragon NTFS driver is installed on Mac OS 10.6 Blueharvest v4.0.0 and later does not delete the invisible files on NTFS disks. Nevertheless the Blueharvest v3.5 works fine in these conditions.

To run ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro on an Apple Macintosh computer, the Mac must be set up to run Windows. There are severals ways to do this, but they require one of two installation options.

Option One: Create a dual-boot setup on your Mac, which allows you to boot into either Mac OS or Windows OS. The typical method for this is to use the free software BootCamp.
